Workshop Paper Submission Guidelines
SOC4AI 2026 follows the requirements established for accepted workshops at ICSOC 2026.
Paper Format
- Workshop papers should be between 8 and 12 pages in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) format.
- Submissions must present original work that is not simultaneously under review or published elsewhere.
- Papers must be written in English and submitted as PDF files.
Further formatting or anonymisation requirements will be added here if specified by the workshop submission system.
Review Process
Each submission will receive at least three high-quality reviews. The review process will be rigorous and the workshop acceptance rate will not exceed 50%, in accordance with the Springer LNCS publication requirements stated by ICSOC 2026. Reviews will consider:
- Originality and novelty.
- Technical soundness.
- Clarity of presentation.
- Relevance to SOC4AI and ICSOC.
- Reproducibility, ethics, and responsible AI considerations where applicable.
Publication
Accepted papers are planned for publication in the ICSOC 2026 workshop post-proceedings with Springer, subject to the conference’s final publication arrangements and fulfilment of all publication requirements.
At least one author of every accepted paper must:
- attend the workshop in person and present the paper; and
- register for either the Workshop Day (1 December 2026) or the full ICSOC 2026 conference before the camera-ready deadline.

When creating a new submission in EasyChair, select the SOC4AI 2026 workshop track. The workshop uses the same submission system as the main ICSOC 2026 conference, so selecting the correct track is essential to route your paper to the SOC4AI Program Committee.

- Author notification: 24 October 2026
- Camera-ready submission: 7 November 2026
- Workshop: 1 December 2026
